Summer is coming, and with it the Fête de la Musique! Remember: this is the Tuesday, June 21 what is the appointment. If the charm that makes this day is the discovery of musicians who invite themselves into the streets, events are, a few days before D-Day, already announced. Here’s a preview of what’s planned in the Nord and Pas-de-Calais, for the 2022 editionwhich will celebrate the 40 years of the event.

It’s going to move, in Arras, too, in the evening from 6 p.m. to midnight. Each spot will have its own atmosphere (rock, blues, folk, grunge…). There will be a choir, percussion and bagpipes, break dance demonstrations and DJ sets…

Note that the next day, Wednesday June 22, a whole tailor-made program for young people is planned. With “Music for kids”, the main courtyard of the Saint-Pierre cultural center will be taken over during the afternoon. Everyone can dance or sit in the grass, enjoying the music.
