After a month of July 2022 lively at Nogent-le-Rotrou (Eure-et-Loir)the month ofaugust 2022 will be almost identical. here are the events and activities not to be missed this summer, in the capital of Perche.
Little artistic “trip”…

Friday August 19, 6 p.m., place St-Pol, exit Gaume, welcome Zanarelli. This author-composer and performer will offer to listen to his very first opus, the title of which is “L’Écho des Vertiges”. Why don’t you go and listen to this “inventory of its first thirty years”?

A short tour of the castle
Music is good; gluttony is better. the millennium snack and family shows are scheduled for Castle of the Counts of Perche. For this, book your Sunday August 14.

Still at the Castle…
Wednesday August 10, still at the Château, come and attend the“Become a Knight” workshop. A booklet is given to each participant. It is a question of discovering, by means of riddles, the name of a part which will compose the armament of the future knight and to proceed to a small photo session to immortalize the present moment.
Seven days later, toddlers can take part in a treasure hunt where they will have to help Rotrou III find his mittens. A letter will be given to each participant. Each workshop is associated with the history of the site.
Saturday August 20, stories related to the past of the capital of Perche will be told to you. At the same time, you will be able to hear musicians playing the lute guitar in particular.
Wednesday August 31take part in a interactive visit-survey. The life in a medieval castle will be mentioned in particular and you will be able to see how each person lived on all the floors in the dungeon. Comfort, hygiene, cuisine… All the mysteries (or almost) concerning life in the castle will be revealed to you.
