Pégoulade and parade
This traditional parade launches the festivities. This year, the Pégoulade “makes its cinema with a dozen floats that will pay homage to the seventh art, from Harry Potter to Star Wars. Dancers, performers, associations and schools of the City will rush around the Ecusson to spread joy and jubilation in the city center.

“Party, Feria and Fiesta”
To celebrate the 20th anniversary of its creation and the 70th anniversary of the Feria de Nîmes, the Musée des Cultures Taurines opens its doors on the occasion of its anniversary exhibition.
The theme of this exhibition explores the theme of festivities linked to the bull.
From the festo du biou to the Feria, from the arena to the street, from the guinguettes to the bodegas, this exhibition attempts to outline a history of the festivals linked to the bullfighting cultures and invites the visitor to immerse themselves in the heart of the festival, over the whole of a cultural area which extends from the Camargue to Spain via the South-West.
A joyful and playful exhibition that will allow Aficionados to remember past Ferias Nîmoises and the general public to decipher the highlights and developments of the festival.
Throughout the course, numerous nods to the museum’s past exhibitions will highlight the history of the collection and exhibitions of this unique museum in France, dedicated to the bull in all its components.
Posters, photographs, works of art but also trinkets, musical instruments or costumes… the different facets of the bullfighting festival are exhibited, accompanied by a specific route dedicated to children.
