At 76, Sheila, all smiles, takes a big step

More sublime than ever, at over 75, Sheila impresses her fans with an impressive split. It seems that the singer has recovered from her nasty fall on the bike, which occurred at the end of 2021. Despite the operation and the death of her only son, who still weighs on her, she keeps smiling.

A BIKE FALL THAT LEFT HER IN HOSPITAL

At over 75, Annie Chancel, her real name, is a sporty woman who keeps in great shape. Cycling is also one of the sports that the interpreter of “Spacer” practices from time to time.

At the end of 2021, during a ride, the star of the 60s unfortunately had an accident. A fall that earned him an operation. The singer confided, on January 5, 2022, on her Instagram account:

“Hello everyone, I hope that the holidays and the beginning of the year have passed in joy and good humor, surrounded by those you love. For me, you know me, the end of the year was turbulent. A little bike ride, a stupid fall, and disaster… Crack in the neck of the femur! Operation last Sunday, start of the Rock’n’roll year.”

In passing, she had thanked the nursing staff of the Pitié Salpêtrière hospital who took great care of her. However, she had also warned her fans of the postponement of her concert at the Teste de Buch. Scheduled for January 22, it had indeed been postponed to April 2, 2022, while Sheila recovers from her injury.

A symbolic year for the famous singer, 2022 actually marks her 60th birthday on the stage. Although the year started badly, she has visibly regained her strength and is still smiling.

Recently, the famous woman shared a snapshot on the social network, showing the world that “age is just a number”.

Her nasty fall was just a “bad memory,” as one of her fans wrote in the comments to her Instagram post.

AT 76, SHE IS MORE BEAUTIFUL THAN EVER

Born on August 16, 1945, Sheila is celebrating her 77th birthday in 2022. Dazzling and beautiful for her age, the interpreter of “You friends” is also preparing the famous tour of her 60-year career. No precise date for the moment, but it will in any case be planned for the month of November.

In preparation for the reunion with the fans, the star of the yéyés therefore resumed the sport with his coach Véronique Bonhomme. On the program, bodybuilding exercises for a few weeks. Certainly in the middle of a warm-up, Tara-Rose’s grandmother shared a photo of her impressive split.

THE DEATH OF HIS SON

Four years ago, in July 2017, the interpreter of “To love before dying” had lost his only son, Ludovic Chancel. The man had succumbed to a drug overdose.

Invited on the set of “8:30 p.m. on Sunday”, March 28, 2021, Sheila agreed to talk about the death of her son. A sad story that she transcribed on her song “Cheval d’Ambre”.

“…we are not responsible for the life of someone who is 40, but still. I wanted to make this song so that we leave him in the light and stop talking about his dramas, about what he wrote, didn’t write, did or didn’t do. I want Ludo to be at the top… He’s actually a heart on his feet, that’s what led him, I believe, to these excesses…”

Despite her strength of spirit, the fateful date will remain forever in the memory of the “mother like the others”. Moreover, from time to time, Ludovic’s mother does not fail to share souvenir photos of her late son.

This was precisely the case, on April 7, 2021, where she posted a photo of her and Ludovic as a teenager.

“You’ll never leave me…” she captioned the child she had with Ringo. For information, the singer accuses the latter of being the cause of their son’s problems.

Indeed, she had admitted that she was angry with him for his absence. And not that, she had kept nightmarish memories of their marriage. The page turned, Sheila continues to move forward in life.

Following an irreproachable lifestyle, the singer is not ready to give up. Her fans are also waiting for the famous anniversary tour where she will perform her most beautiful songs.
